Course Registration

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Fees are inclusive of facilitation.
2. Payment Terms: Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within 7 working days from the date of invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Notwithstanding the aforementioned, full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the conference. A receipt will be issued on payment. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. The right to refuse admission is reserved should payment not be made in time. Unless otherwise stated on the booking form, payment must be made in SA Rand. Any relaxation of these rights must not be construed as a waiver of such rights and Premier Conferencing retains its right to enforce payment.
3. Cancellation/ Substitution: Provided full payment has been received, substitutions of attendees may be made up until 48hrs before the commencement of the conference at no additional charge. Upon receipt of the signed sales contract by Premier Conferencing, any cancellations made more than 1 week [five business days] before the conference will be subject to a 50% cancellation liability. The full conference fee is payable on any cancellations made less than [five business days] before the conference. PLEASE NOTE: all cancellations must be directly submitted to Premier Conferencing in writing and verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations take effect from the date of receipt of written cancellation by Premier Conferencing. Failure to submit a cancellation in writing will result in the full conference fee to be payable. Those cancellations received in writing more than 1 week before the conference will qualify the party for a credit voucher to the value of 50% of the total fee which may be utilised against the cost of any future conference. Service charges are non-refundable and non creditable. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation of the contract. By signing this contract, the client agrees that in the event of a dispute or cancellation of the contract, the client shall not mitigate its loss to less than 50% of the total value of the contract.
4. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised package, Premier Conferencing has the discretion to postpone or cancel a conference for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to any act of God). In the event of cancellation through no fault or negligence on the part of Premier Conferencing, it will in no way be held liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by clients. Premier Conferencing further retains the right to change event dates, and locations, or omit event features as well as merge separate events without penalty. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the conference, no fees will be refunded, but fees that have been paid may be credited to attend a future conference. The credit voucher will be valid for a period of one year for use at another event. This time period may be extended at the discretion of Premier Conferencing. Event programme content is subject to change without notice.
5. Copyright etc: All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Premier Conferencing in connection with this event are expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
6. Client confirms it has consented to allow Premier Conferencing to retain client information on the group companies database to be used by group companies, and passed to selected third parties, to assist in communicating products and services which may be of interest to the client by letter, phone, fax (including automatic dialing) e-mail or other electronic means. If the client wishes to stop receiving such information, kindly inform the office. For training and security purposes telephone calls may be recorded.
7. In the event of a breach of this agreement by the client which deems it necessary to institute legal action, the client furthermore undertakes to pay legal costs on the scale as between.
8. No extension of time or waiver or relaxation of any of the terms and conditions of this form by Premier Conferencing will be deemed as waiver of any of Premier Conferencing’s rights under the agreement and all such rights will remain in full force and effect.
